This initial sketch plays on the iconic PSFS building which is just a couple blocks away.
This curved facade concept acts as a bookend to another TJU building across the street.
A modern/deco facade starts to take shape, sympathetic to the larger TJU building to the north.
Drawing more influence from the adjacent "deco" building...
The design nears its final form.
An interesting design challenge for this building was how to capture air-space over the adjacent building (also owned by Jefferson) to gain needed floor space in a way that worked with the overall design language.
